Downloading Documents in Chrome

  1. Click on the link to the document on Content.
  2. Click the Download button below the open document. 
    Identifies the Download button.
  3. Document will open a navigation window. Browse for the location you would like to save the file. 
    Identifies Save button.
  4. Click on the Save button. 
    NOTE: Some file types may be saved automatically in your default download location on your computer. 

Downloading Documents in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the link to the document on Content.
  2. Click the Download button below the open document. 
    Identifies the Download button.
  3. Document will open a dialog box. Choose Save File. Click OK.Identifies Save button.
  4. A navigation window opens. Browse for the location you would like to save the file. 
    Identifies Save button.
  5. Click on the Save button. 
    NOTE: Some file types may be saved automatically in your default download location on your computer.  

Downloading Documents in Safari

  1. Click on the link to the document on Content.
  2. Click the Download button below the open document. 
    Identifies the Download button.
  3. By default, Safari saves any downloaded files to the Downloads folder that appears in your Dock. 
  4. Click the Download icon at the bottom of the browser to see the recently downloaded files. 
    Identifies the download list.
  5. Click the filename to open it.
