Using Classlist

Classlist is the roster of the students, instructors, and others enrolled in the course.

  1. Identifies the Classlist menu option.Click on Communication on the navbar and select Classlist.
    The Classlist screen appears. The default setting is All Users, which will display Faculty and Students in the course.Shows tabs in Classlist.
  2. Click on the Students tab to display students who are registered in the class.  
  3. Click on the Faculty tab to see only faculty members.
  4. Click on the View By arrow to see the Classlist by Users or by Group. Or to search for a specific person. Click the magnifying glass to apply your choices.Shows View By and Search filters.
  5. Check the checkbox next to the name(s) of students or faculty and you have the following options: 
    • To Email
    • To Page
    • To Print
  6. To select All Users, click the checkbox next to the Email icon.
    Identifies the selection checkboxes.
