Delete/Edit a Discussion Post

Deleting a Discussion Thread or Post

Students cannot delete their own discussion threads or posts, but students can edit their threads and posts. If you need a post deleted, contact your instructor. 

Editing a Discussion Thread or Post

1. Click the drop-down menu beside the post title. If the post has no replies, you will see Edit Post in the menu.
   
2. Click Edit Post.
3. Make your revision.
4. Click Update.
   
   After a revision, you will see a brief confirmation pop up and there will be a revised icon next to the author information.

Contact the instructor to request a post be deleted.
