The Minibar

From left to right, the Minibar contains:

1. [Lone Star College logo]: Takes you to your D2L account homepage.
2. [Select a Course]: Brings up a list of your courses and enables you to pin them to the top of the list. 
3. [Subscriptions Alerts]: Notifies you about new posts in subscribed discussions.
4. [Update Alerts]: Notifies you about new announcements, dates, new & updated grades
5. [Your name] Contains the Personal Menu.
   
   

Personal Menu

Select [Your name] to access the Personal menu. The Personal Menu contains:

1. [Profile]: Update your profile picture, contact information, social networks, create a nickname, and more.
2. [Notifications]: Update your contact methods, instant notification preferences, and more.
3. [Account Settings]: Update your account settings, discussion settings, email settings, and more.
4. [Progress]: View a detailed breakdown of your course progress.
5. [English (United States)] Language Settings.
6. [Logout] Logout of D2L.
