An online class is one where students do all their work online. While convenient for those who work or travel, an online class is not self-paced. Students must adhere to deadlines.

Search for the course syllabus within the Content area of your course in D2L. The syllabus usually contains information regarding upcoming course activities and deadlines.

If you cannot locate the course syllabus, ask the instructor how the course timeline is structured. Email your instructor through the Classlist in your D2L course or use our Contact Directory to locate the instructor's contact information.
